1. UK-EXCLUSIVE DELIVERY & FREE PRIORITY SHIPPING Currently, Lumi Glow Frames operates and ships exclusively within the United Kingdom. To provide the most seamless and premium experience possible, we offer Free Priority UK Shipping (£0.00) on every single order. There are no hidden fees or calculated shipping costs at checkout.

2. BESPOKE PRODUCTION TIMELINES Lumi Glow Frames are not pulled from a dusty warehouse shelf. Every single frame is custom-manufactured to order, and your personal photo is meticulously processed and manufactured into a high-fidelity Lumi Litho. Because of this dedicated craftsmanship, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your custom order to be manufactured, assembled, tested, and packed before it is dispatched.

3. TRANSIT TIMES Once your luxury lithophane lightbox has passed our final quality check and leaves our workshop, it is handed over to our premium UK courier partners.

• Standard transit time within the UK is 2 to 3 business days after dispatch.

• Please note that transit times do not include weekends or bank holidays.

4. ORDER TRACKING & NOTIFICATIONS The moment your luxury lithophane lightbox is boxed and a shipping label is generated, you will receive an automatic email notification containing your tracking number. You can use this link to monitor your frame’s journey right to your door.

5. DAMAGED IN TRANSIT We package our frames securely, but we understand that the courier network can occasionally be rough. As outlined in our official Refund Policy, your order is protected. If your frame or custom Lumi Litho arrives damaged in transit, simply send us a clear photo of the unboxing to [design@lumiglowframes.com] within 48 hours of delivery. We will immediately manufacture and express-ship a replacement at no cost to you.
