1. OVERVIEW This website is operated by Lumi Glow Frames. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Lumi Glow Frames. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing a Lumi Glow Frame or custom Lumi Litho from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”).

2. BESPOKE MANUFACTURING & PHOTO UPLOADS Our primary service involves the custom manufacturing of physical goods based on digital images provided by the user. By uploading, emailing, or otherwise submitting an image to us for the creation of a Lumi Litho, you agree to the following:

  • Copyright & Ownership: You represent and warrant that you own the rights to the image(s) provided, or that you have explicit permission from the copyright holder to use the image(s) for physical reproduction. Lumi Glow Frames assumes no liability for copyright infringement claims arising from images supplied by customers.

  • Content Restrictions: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse service, cancel orders, or reject image uploads that contain explicit, illegal, highly offensive, or copyrighted material to which you do not own the rights.

  • Privacy of Your Memories: We respect the deeply personal nature of your photos. Your submitted images are used strictly for the manufacturing of your bespoke Lumi Litho's. We will never use your custom photos for our own marketing, social media, or advertising without your explicit written consent.

3. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address provided at the time the order was made.

4. PRODUCTION, SHIPPING & DELIVERY Because every Lumi Glow Frame and Lumi Litho is meticulously crafted to order, production times are subject to operational capacity. While we strive to meet all estimated dispatch times, delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees. Currently, Lumi Glow Frames operates and ships exclusively within the United Kingdom.

5. RETURNS & GUARANTEES Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are governed by our specific Lumi Glow Risk-Free Guarantee & Return Policy. By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you acknowledge that standard "change of mind" return policies do not apply to bespoke manufactured goods. Please refer to our official Refund Policy page for the full terms of our 90-Day Guarantee and "Perfect Glow" Promise.

6. CHANGES TO SERVICE AND PRICING Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

 

7. GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
